Founded by Jeff Howlett with over 20 years of experience. He started off doing light demo with kitchens and bathrooms in the Hampton Roads area and then bought a roll-off dumpster truck and purchased a fleet of dumpsters. He had a niche of doing the demo with the disposal end of it. Snowstorms brought him snow and ice removal in the Norfolk, VA area which led to the seal-coating and striping of the same lots in warmer weather. One of the first seal-coating jobs was the Park West housing development in Mount Pleasant, SC which was over 250,000 square feet — a great start to a new addition of Howlett Services!
